1. Click the "register" button to create an account

2. The shopping basket will send you a confirmation email message, to verify that your email address is working correctly (this is important, as all communication is carried out by email)

3. While you are waiting for the confirmation email to arrive, you can browse around the web pages and place a "no obligation reservation" on anything that you think you might like. If you have any queries about an item then please send me an email.

4. When the confirmation email arrives, follow the instructions (this will prove that you received the email without any problems)

5. When you have reserved everything you want, click the "checkout" button. This sends me an email telling me that you are interested in buying the reserved items, but still does not commit you to anything.

6. I will check whether I have them in stock (I will do, but I don't trust myself enough to guarantee it!)

7. The shopping basket will send you an email telling you which items are in stock, what the total price is, and giving you options for paying in your chosen currency.

8. You can then decide finally which items you want to buy. If you have changed your mind about any then simply remove it from your shopping basket and "checkout" again.

9. You then send me payment for the items you want to buy.

10. Once the payment arrives, I'll ship your items within a couple of days.

11. I hope you wil be happy with the items. Please let me know if the item you recieved is not the one you were expecting, or if you think it is in worse condition than was described.
