Released in 1981. A compilation album up to, and sometimes including, "Under Pressure". Exact track listings vary tremendously from country to country. There is no unique or new material associated with this album, although it does usually contain the "single mixes" of both "Fat Bottomed Girls" and "Flash's Theme" (both described elsewhere already). In fact its the easiest place to find those on CD.
Do not, however, confuse this album with the 1992 Hollywood Records "Greatest Hits" CD released in the US. That is completely different to any other "Greatest Hits" release and is actually a companion volume to the US "Classic Queen" CD. It is nothing to do with the original 1981 release, and is just a consequence of Queen changing record labels in the US.
